Custom Small Daysies Day Nappies

What makes a Daysie different to alot of cloth nappies on the market ? There is no synthetic textiles in them. They don’t have a plastic layer. (PUL)  But don’t be concerned. There is alot more absorbency to compensate for it. They are actually great for heavy day wetters. They are a soft, natural, highly breathable and absorbent alternative. So instead of leaking when the nappy is full like a nappy with PUL they will just feel a little damp on the outside when maximum absorbency is reached. They can be used with a cover and we recommend Wool for many reasons.

NB Small Daysies comprise of  eiether 8  or 9 layers of Unbleached Bamboo Fleece / Organic Cotton- 2 full body layers of Bamboo/OC fleece and a 2 layer and 3 layer boosters of Bamboo /OC fleece.    There is room for extra boosting. All Daysies come with a lay-in microfleece stay dry liner. There is the choice of  a patterned or plain bamboo outer.

An additional universal boosters can be used with Daysies for extra absorbency. These nappies can also be used as night nappies in light wetters or younger babies with a wool cover although there is no stay dry layers. We do make a universal booster with a stay dry microfleece top. We suggest our Sandmans for nights though as there is more absorbency in the shell and boosters and a stay dry shell lining.  To choose prints click on the link to current standard fabrics or if you would like to upgrade to a current deluxe print for a few extra $$ just email to check on the availability of fabric and I can do a custom order and send you the link.  The small Daysie boosters are interchangeable with the boosters in the medium Daysies for versatility of use and also the small Sandmans. As mentioned they have no plastic waterproofing but can be used in Summer without a cover.
